Very good buffet breakfast, exceptionally clean, all stated services are actually available and location on the island is beautiful. All staff is great but special thanks to clerk Justin that provided help beyond his job description. Highly recommend.
Came to stay 2 days over the weekend and had a wonderful experience! Room was nice and by the lake, clean, and breakfast was wonderful. But the true part of my review is the amazing interactions I had with Kayla & Chris!! They went above and beyond to make me comfortable in my stay, but also made it extra special for my birthday. It was genuinely such a pleasant experience and look forward to coming back in the future! Thank you Kayla & Chris for everything!!
I would be given it a higher rating but the bed was extremely HARD. Slept on the sleeper sofa nights 2 & 3. Loved that the living room and bedroom had different a/c controls/units. There were two doors to access the bathroom. They offer a small continental breakfast each morning. Plenty of parking. Water view past a few buildings. It's located about 6 miles from the downtown/state park Hot Springs.
Breakfast was spot on, Maddie’s does an above and beyond in service. And kept the food fresh and restocked. Nice fire going outside for the November stay too. Hotel is in a neat location by the water. The room was good, but I will say very thin walls. Heard the neighbors TV all Night long. And the next night we hear the other wall chatting about the girls trip all night.
Pleasantly surprised by my stay here! I was warmly greeted by Kayla who made sure I felt welcome and safe. As a solo traveler, that's high on my list. The rooms are cozy and clean--not something you always get at or near a national park. This is a pet-friendly hotel and highly-rated on BringFido. Everyone was so kind to my dog (including other guests). The breakfast was organized and clean with plenty of dairy options and protein. I left here loving my stay in Arkansas. Well done!
Quiet little hotel tucked away in a marina. Check in on the app is flawless. Seriously friendly crew that cleans the room, maintaining fresh rooms and services. Happy I choose this place.
Tis hotel is very nice Rooms clean, housekeepers on point, modern gym, lovely view of Lake Hamilton and the swimming pool is clean. Met with a smile every morning for breakfast from a remarkable server named Jodi. She took care of our entire crew every morning for breakfast. I travel a lot and would recommend staying here again.
Room was clean and very spacious. The full-size kitchen had all the appliances and everything you could possibly need. Breakfast was delicious with so many amazing options! The location was great, close to Lake Hamilton. I would definitely stay here again.
